A full basement waterproofing project completed for our friends at Over Under Coffee in Ladbroke Grove, London. The project required a fill strip out and clearing of brick walls. For storage purposes, new openings were constructed, which provided our client with a smooth transition into a versatile plan office / training facility. A three coat Sika render system was installed, full height to all walls, transforming the space from a dark damp basement to a warm and dry area – a functional space, perfect for this fast growing coffee chain.
