Working closely with our friends at LBD Construction, this Grade II star listed Victorian terraced house project was undertaken for a private client in Kensington, London. Due to the nature of the property and planning restrictions, this project required very intricate, and carefully planned building methods. The end result, a combination of a completely modern interior with state-of-the-art technology - all displayed amongst the retention of the properties beautifully existing Victorian features. The basement and conservatory area were dropped in height to significantly increase the square footage. The property has 3 bedrooms arranged over 4 floors. The ground floor featured open plan living and a kitchen area with dual light-wells – positioned at adjacent ends in order to draw bundles of natural light to the lower ground floor.
